Recently, I was reading a scientific book about how to change habits. It takes 63 days to form a new habit, not 21. One practice that is very difficult to change is eating habits. To effectively change a habit, you want to gain knowledge so that you alter your subconscious mind which is your belief system. To do this you need to immerse your mind in the reasons why it is beneficial to eat healthy foods versus the food manufacturers.
We have to reverse the years of propaganda we received through commercials, billboards, and magazines about how great fast food and other types of unhealthy foods are to our bodies. We need to continue to gain knowledge about healthy eating and food choices. One of my readers listened to the audible version of 7 Steps to Get Off Sugar and Carbohydrates to help change her mindset. I thought that was brilliant! This made her healthy lifestyle change easier.
Therefore, I’ve created another audiobook for my newest release Solving the Gluten Puzzle. Many of us have issues with our gut. We tolerate bloating, belching, gas, and acid reflux. Eating a gluten-free diet makes many of those symptoms go away.
Gluten seeps into our lives through items like Chapstick, toothpaste, and salad dressings. Things we would never think contained gluten. Listening to the audiobook Solving the Gluten Puzzle will help people with gluten-related disorders avoid foods containing gluten and educate them regarding making this positive lifestyle change.
So if you want to improve your eating habits or embrace a gluten-free lifestyle, check out my audiobooks:
