Hi, I’m Susan Neal, an RN, health coach, and Christian who wants to show you how to reclaim your health and ideal weight by giving you knowledge about unhealthy foods, solutions for resolving negative eating habits, and ways to incorporate God into your healthy lifestyle.

As a registered nurse with a master’s degree in health science, I used my medical knowledge and the Bible to recover my health and weight. I wanted to share what I learned, so I also developed a program to teach others what might be the root cause of their negative eating habits and how to resolve it. Click here to check it out.
