The Importance of Aerobic and Anaerobic Exercise

Many people who work out have their favorite exercises; however, to be fully fit, both aerobic and anaerobic exercises should be combined in a workout regimen.

Hi, I’m Susan Neal, an RN, health coach, and Christian who wants to show you how to reclaim your health and ideal weight by giving you knowledge about unhealthy foods, solutions for resolving negative eating habits, and ways to incorporate God into your healthy lifestyle.
