"I just wanted to update you on my progress. Yesterday was the 3-week mark (of implementing 7 Steps to Get Off Sugar and Carbohydrates), and I am feeling so much better. I've had no digestive issues this week at all. Frankly, I was a little concerned that eating all those vegetables might make my tummy issues worse, but the exact opposite has happened.
I'm even enjoying eating my veggies now. I have never liked the taste of celery, but decided to give it another try last week and was surprised to find I liked it! Only took 61 years but my taste buds finally gave in!. I think my body is finally accepting the sweetness of fresh fruit to satisfy my sugar cravings. I'm not craving sugar as much as at first.
I've lost a total of 15 pounds, but I'm deliberately focusing more on the health aspect than the scale. That's just a nice little bonus! "
